Job summary

On Site Companies in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-driven professional to support the Director of Sales with reporting, Salesforce CRM data management, and research initiatives that strengthen our sales performance.

This internal-facing role focuses on data accuracy, report creation, and identifying insights to improve execution. No direct customer interaction or commissions are involved, and you will become a SME in our CRM to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and lookups.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong data organization and reporting abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain recurring reports using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Maintain data integrity and workflows within Salesforce.
• Pull, clean and organize data for leadership in readable formats.
