Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Sales Technology Data Operations Specialist to manage data-driven processes across multiple teams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while driving work to completion.

You will coordinate data-related requests, maintain process documentation, and provide responsive support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher or equivalent experience (2+ years in relevant business role).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiar with Outlook and Teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM; data imports or list tools a plus.
• Understanding of financial services or insurance operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a team-based environment.
• Experience with data management: list imports, updates, validation; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data-related business processes across teams to ensure accuracy and timelines.
• Develop understanding of complex business rules and process nuances.
• Execute recurring activities per requirements and timelines.
• Serve as central point of coordination for questions and issues; research needs and drive resolution.
• Manage the shared mailbox; coordinate responses and follow-up.
• Coordinate and execute data-related requests including list management and data uploads.
• Maintain process documentation and identify recurring issues for escalation.
