Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Sales Administrator in Channelview, TX to support the Commercial/Sales team with CRM data integrity, reporting, and data analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with CRM systems like Acumatica or Salesforce, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to data quality and reporting cadence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales administration or operations.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and formulas.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Acumatica or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and complete sales, customer, opportunity, and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Review CRM data regularly and follow up for corrections with sales reps or leadership.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, pipeline movement, and performance.
• Create Excel reports using PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements, and formulas.
• Mine data and organize sales information into clear, actionable reporting for leadership.
• Track sales performance and assist with commission reporting and QA reviews.
• Assist with CRM administration, including new sales rep setup and access.
