Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative for our Irving, TX location. The role focuses on managing established customer relationships, responding to RFQs, and preparing quotations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive parts, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Accounting to support quotes and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing industry experience is required
• Automotive parts manufacturing experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience in sales, account management, material control, purchasing, or a related commercial/customer-facing function within manufacturing preferred
• ERP system knowledge
• Knowledge of APQP / PPAP preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Position Summary

A global Tier 2 automotive parts manufacturer is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Account Representative to manage and support existing customer accounts.

This is not a general customer service or high-volume outbound sales position. The role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, responding to RFQs, preparing quotations, supporting pricing negotiations, managing forecasts and order requirements, and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Production, Accounting, and other internal departments.
