Job summary

Massage Envy Sioux Falls is seeking a friendly, energetic Sales/Guest Services team member who will provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.

You will promote Total Body Care, educate clients on the Wellness Program, book future services, encourage homecare purchases, and support clinic flow by answering calls, emails, and greeting clients. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; able to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage homecare retail.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls and emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
