Job summary

Massage Envy Oxnard is seeking a friendly front-desk associate to deliver outstanding customer service, educate guests on wellness services, and schedule appointments. You’ll help grow client relationships while supporting daily clinic flow and answering inquiries.

The role emphasizes retail/sales experience, strong math and computer skills, and excellent people skills to build a lasting guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills are important.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build guest relationships.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy services and wellness programs.
• Book appointments and assist with scheduling and inquiries.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
