Job summary

Massage Envy Oxnard is looking for team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will help clients understand services, book appointments, and support retail recommendations while maintaining a welcoming clinic flow.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with flexible hours. The position includes training, opportunities for growth, and access to wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Supporters of total body care with general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Book services, drive homecare retail purchases, and encourage client retention.
• Greet clients, manage scheduling, answer calls and emails, and address inquiries.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
