Job summary

Massage Envy Lakeline in Austin, TX is seeking team members to deliver Total Body Care. You will greet guests, educate on our Wellness Program, book services, and drive retail purchases with guidance from providers.

This role offers a flexible schedule with day and evening shifts. We offer competitive pay of $15.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus benefits for full-time employees including health coverage, 401(k), PTO, and a monthly complimentary massage or skincare

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are required.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on new and expanded services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Book clients for services and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
