Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Calhoun, GA is hiring a Sales Assistant Manager to drive rental sales and deliver high-quality customer service. You will manage in-store operations, assist customers in choosing products, and coordinate deliveries and pickups to ensure timely, safe installations.

With 1–3 years in retail or customer service, you will excel at building relationships, working a team, and meeting sales goals while upholding a servant’s heart and “white glove” service in-store and at customers’

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
