Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Savannah, TN is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to grow in-store sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive rental agreements and help customers find flexible options to enhance their lives with our merchandise.

A successful candidate will have 1–3 years in retail or customer service, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. You will lift/move products and uphold safety while providing reliable service in a fast-paced, team-driven

Qualifications

1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Sales: Grow sales through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business.
Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch service with a servant's heart.
Deliveries & Pickups: Safe, compliant loading/unloading and installation.
Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
