Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record — You WILL be driving the company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive growth through completed rental agreements and new customer acquisition.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, premium experiences with a servant’s heart in-store and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting, organized, and clean for customers and coworkers
