Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, frequent bending, stretching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers and reads cues to respond effectively.
• Provides customers with the ideal bra fit by asking targeted questions.
• Converts returns, promotions, and offers into larger sales.
• Delivers accurate and friendly transactions at the point of sale.
• Encourages additional purchases and reinforces buying decisions at checkout.
• Maintains floor readiness and replenishes merchandise to brand standards.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock management as needed.
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards.
• Supports housekeeping and loss prevention to maintain a safe, tidy store environment.
