Job summary

Coastal Farm in Utah is seeking a customer service and sales associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products while maintaining store standards. You will perform housekeeping, merchandising, pricing, and POS operations, plus assist in other departments as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required; familiarity with computers and retail concepts is a plus. This role is based in-store in Utah and offers full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain radio communication with associates.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products and promotions.
• Assist in merchandising, floor moves, and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed and perform daily cleaning.
