C-area Coastal Farm supply store is seeking a Customer Service-focused team member to maintain store standards and assist customers with product location and questions. The role requires daily customer interaction, knowledge of promotions, and ongoing housekeeping duties.

Qualified candidates will greet customers, answer phones, and work with associates using a store radio; familiarity with basic computer and email use is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain constant radio communication with associates.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of Coastal Farm products.
• Maintain awareness of product knowledge information and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – vacuuming, replace full trash bags and sweep the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
