Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking Sales & Customer Engagement Representatives to join our team in Anaheim and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll gain real-world experience in sales, communication, customer engagement, and territory development.

No prior sales experience is required. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a field-based role.
• Available to work in Anaheim and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in assigned areas
• Represent our products and services professionally
• Learn how to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build positive customer relationships
• Develop and maintain your assigned territory
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate activity records
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
