Kaizen Lab Inc. is hiring outgoing college students and recent graduates to join our field sales team. This hands-on role involves representing the company, engaging customers, and building your sales skills in real-world environments.

No prior sales experience is required; paid training and ongoing coaching help you succeed. Part-time or full-time schedules are available, with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 18+ years old
• Valid California driver\'s license
• Reliable transportation
• Available at least 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally in assigned areas
• Talk directly with customers and introduce products and services
• Help customers understand their options and complete the enrollment process
• Build relationships with customers
• Develop and grow your assigned territory
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
• Track customer activity
• Participate in team meetings and training
