Job summary

Keeling Company in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Sales Counter/Driver Associate to support branch operations, deliver to customers, and assist with inventory and merchandising. You’ll answer questions, process orders in the ERP, and ensure a positive customer experience.

We seek motivated individuals with strong communication and basic computer skills, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and willing to obtain a DOT Medical Certification if needed. Full-time, daytime hours, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift certification provided by employer.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide in-person and phone support and answer product questions.
• Enter orders in the ERP system.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Develop knowledge of products through training.
• Coordinate with team to ensure great customer service.
