Job summary

Erickson Senior Living in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Counselor to lead the community's sales efforts for Ava Lakes, a new senior living campus. You will meet daily with prospective residents, apply effective sales techniques, and guide them through deposits, reservations and settlements.

• Identifying, qualifying, and owning prospect leads through referrals, phone interactions, face‑to‑face interactions, advertising leads, etc.
• Influencing prospects through strategic messages and customized incentives
• Providing leadership to the sales team, including coaching Sales Associates on sales techniques

Join our team as Sales Counselor who is the lead sales professional who presents and sells the community to prospective residents. This position is responsible for meeting with prospective residents during regular daily appointments, applying effective sales techniques, providing leadership to the sales team, and meeting or exceeding deposit, reservation, and settlement/revenue goals.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually, plus generous commission and bonus plans.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Identifying, qualifying, and owning prospect leads through referrals, phone interactions, face‑to‑face interactions, advertising leads, etc., and follow‑through to inspire them to take action.
• Influencing prospects through strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc. and customized incentives
• Providing leadership to the sales team, including coaching Sales Associates on sales techniques, reviewing calls/ contacts made by associates, and overall education about Erickson Senior Living lifestyle and services.

What You Will Need
