Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Sales Representatives and customers, coordinating communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, specifiers, and engineers.
• Manage project workflow from creation to installation.
• Update systems to capture project details and communications.
• Analyze and maintain accurate sales and shipment projections.
• Conduct project reviews and contribute to design, pricing, and sales strategy.
• Create and maintain accurate pricing calculations based on design and project criteria.
• Prepare project-specific documents including specs, budgets, quotes, bids, and submittals.
• Coordinate shipment timing and installation schedules.
• Support contracts and assist customers post-sale through installation stages.
• Identify solutions to unforeseen challenges during the process.
