Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Novi, MI to support a high-performing sales team with order entry, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) and a pay range of $31–$33 per hour.

You will process orders, track fulfillment, manage customer communications, and assist with quotes and documentation, while maintaining CRM data and supporting pipeline activities. This is a client-facing role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Management, or a related role.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and support order entry activities
• Track orders and coordinate updates through fulfillment and delivery
• Manage customer communications regarding orders, shipments, training schedules, and service requests
• Coordinate NDAs, contracts, and related business documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline management activities
• Route leads and assist with sales workflow coordination
• Generate reports and support sales process improvements
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and Legal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requests
• Assist with quote revisions and general sales administration
