Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and travel between communities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies to meet sales goals and occupancy targets.
• Research market, demographics, competition, and customer needs.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and maintain vendor contacts.
• Prepare advertising materials with Regional Manager for visibility.
• Document all customer, vendor and financial transactions for future clients.
• Assist Community Manager with office responsibilities.
• Assist with cleaning, repairs and making homes available for sale.
