Worldwide Power Products in Houston, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support the Parts Team with inventory control, data accuracy, order processing, and responsive customer service.

The role prefers 1–3 years of administrative or parts experience, Salesforce familiarity, and strong computer skills. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to keep listings updated and ensure timely shipping.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Previous parts experience is a plus.
• Salesforce.com experience desired.

Responsabilités

• Assist with inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stock.
• Process parts orders and follow through with customers on shipping details.
• Generate invoices and purchase orders for parts sales and purchases.
• Create monthly email blasts featuring specific parts for customers and leads.
