Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Full Time Sales Coordinator in Wellington, FL. This role supports the sales and marketing team by handling lead management, communications, and move-in coordination for prospective residents and their families.

You will work Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm with some nights and weekend availability, and you’ll participate in sales initiatives while contributing to a positive, employee-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Availability to work some weekends, some evenings and special occasions.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and administrative assistance to prospective residents and families.
• Track prospective residents from initial contact to move-in.
• Maintain knowledge of community benefits, services and rates.
• Present community benefits and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
• Coordinate tours and introductions with staff and residents.
• Assist with planning sales initiatives and events.
