Job summary

First Hospitality's Home2 Suites Des Moines at Drake University is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving revenue and guest satisfaction. You’ll coordinate proposals, contracts, BEOs, and lead assignments while maintaining accurate files and reporting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, excellent communicators, proficient with Microsoft Office 365, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, BEOs, and assign electronic leads.
• Enter group bookings and event space in the property’s Sales & Catering system.
• Create master SRPs for rates codes, groups and miscellaneous tasks.
• Create, update, and maintain sales & catering files.
• Distribute mail, order, and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
• Maintain phone coverage as defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
