Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage the quote-to-PO process for Aquaray UV Systems, serving municipal customers. You will be the link between the outside sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders, turning needs into precise quotes and shepherding orders through to completion.

The role emphasizes understanding customer challenges, asking the right questions, and delivering accurate quotes that support business objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years operations, customer service, or admin experience, OR 2+ years in a technical/operational role in water.
• Ability to learn SAP and Salesforce quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests and clarify needs to create accurate quotes.
• Learn Aquaray UV Systems product line and parts catalog.
• Build customer profiles in SAP and generate quotations through to PO.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining records.
• Coordinate across finance, procurement and commercial teams to move deals forward.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams by email/phone to resolve questions.
• Track sales information in Salesforce and SAP.
• Identify process improvements and take initiative on follow-ups.
