Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator supports the growth and execution of Ogee's wholesale business across key retail partners. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role serves as the day-to-day executional and analytical partner to the Sales team, helping translate account strategies and retailer commitments into action.
The Sales Coordinator will maintain critical sales reporting, trackers, calendars and account materials, coordinate retailer programs and submissions, and drive cross-functional follow-through across Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Education, Field Sales, Finance and Operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and execution-oriented but also analytically curious. The Sales Coordinator will help build and maintain the reporting needed to understand account, door, product and program performance and surface insights that help the Account Manager make informed decisions around field investment, marketing spend, promotions and other commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with day-to-day execution across Ogee’s wholesale retail partners.
- Maintain account plans, assortment files, launch trackers, promotional calendars, retailer commitments and other key account documentation.
- Coordinate retailer forms, promotional pricing documents and administrative submissions related to launches, promotions and assortment changes.
- Support retailer meetings and presentations, including agendas, samples, materials, follow-up and newness presentations.
- Capture retailer action items and manage related workflows in ClickUp, coordinating with internal teams to keep projects moving through completion.
- Escalate retailer questions, risks and opportunities requiring commercial decisions to the Account Manager.
Retail Marketing & Launch Execution
- Maintain the master wholesale marketing and promotional calendar across retail partners.
- Coordinate retailer marketing opportunities and deadlines across email, homepage, social, category pages, sampling, GWPs, events, education and other retailer programs.
- Translate retailer requirements into clear actions and timelines, ensuring internal teams have the specifications and information needed to complete their deliverables.
- Partner with E-commerce, Creative and Marketing to collect approved imagery, copy, claims, videos and other assets for, co-op programs, launches and retailer marketing initiatives, ensuring materials are submitted accurately and on time.
- Support the execution of signage, display graphics, collateral, sampling, gratis, education and events.
- Track retailer commitments and proof of execution, flagging gaps or delays requiring follow-up.
Sales Reporting & Business Analysis
- Manage recurring wholesale sales reporting across retailers, products, doors and regions.
- Build and maintain account scorecards tracking sell-in, sell-through, year-over-year performance, SKU and door productivity, inventory and out-of-stocks.
- Gather, organize and validate data from retailer portals and internal sources to ensure reporting is accurate and actionable.
- Support Field Sales and retail marketing ROI reporting across field hours, events, promotions, sampling and marketing investments.
- Analyze performance trends, promotional results and launch performance
- Assist in preparing reporting and supporting materials for account reviews, leadership updates, forecasting and planning.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of relevant sales coordination, wholesale or account support experience; beauty or prestige retail experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, manipulate and interpret sales and performance data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups and building recurring reports from raw data.
- Ability to spot trends, inconsistencies and potential business opportunities within reporting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple retailer deadlines, deliverables and cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across teams.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing organization where processes and tools continue to evolve.
