Job summary

Champion Home Builders in Strattanville, PA is seeking a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team on the production line. You will work in a fast-paced environment building manufactured housing, under general supervision, ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

The schedule runs 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with potential overtime. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus the ability to read a tape measure and lift up to 50 lbs.

Summary

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.

Work Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum; occasional scheduling changes may be required.

Education And/or Experience

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
