Job summary

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is hiring a Production Worker to join our team in Strattanville, PA. Under general supervision, you will work on the production line to build manufactured housing, ensure quality, and collaborate with team members in a fast-moving environment.

The schedule is 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with company match, paid vacation and holidays, medical, Rx, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

• Reads and uses a tape measure.
• Reads blueprints and orders.

Summary

Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of related experience/training
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired but not required.

Work Schedule

The typical schedule for this position is 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Schedule may vary depending on production needs and overtime, though kept to a minimum; occasional scheduling changes may be required.

Education And/or Experience

One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
