Job summary

AC Seattle Downtown seeks a Sales Coordinator to enhance the sales team's success. Ideal candidates are helpful, organized, and have strong communication skills.

Your role will involve responding to inquiries, preparing show rooms for tours, and providing support to the sales team. The position offers numerous benefits including insurance and a 401(k) plan, along with an engaging work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or event management experience in the hospitality or travel industry preferred.
  • Ability to drive, read, write, type and use various forms of technology.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Prepare show rooms and give tours to walk-in customers.
  • Create and distribute flyers for special events.
  • Oversee group blocks and rooming lists ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide clerical support to the Director of Sales.
  • Assist with scheduling meeting rooms as needed.
  • Order and inventory sales amenities and supplies.
  • Support the Front Desk team with sales insight.
  • Handle last-minute client needs with ease.
  • Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals.

Qualifications
