Job description

TH Brands is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to support sales opportunities from discovery through quoting, proof approval, production and delivery. This role combines customer service, product research, project coordination and sales support to improve response times and help sales representatives spend more time developing customer relationships and new business.

This position is part of TH Brands’ Representative Development Program. The employee will learn our products, decoration methods and sales process while gradually assuming customer-facing and sales responsibilities. The anticipated development period is approximately 12 months; advancement is based on demonstrated readiness, performance and business needs and is not guaranteed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support customer projects from the initial request through final delivery.
  • Research apparel, promotional products, awards, signage and other branded merchandise; confirm pricing, availability, decoration options and lead times.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, product presentations and recommendations for sales-representative review.
  • Submit complete graphics and proof requests; verify products, quantities, colors, decoration locations and specifications.
  • Monitor quotes, proofs, approvals and project deadlines, following up with customers and internal departments as authorized.
  • Coordinate with sales, graphics, purchasing, production, customer service, vendors and delivery personnel.
  • Maintain organized project records, customer approvals, changes, opportunities and next actions in company systems.
  • Attend selected customer meetings, document requirements and complete assigned follow-up.
  • Provide routine customer communication regarding quotes, proofs, order status, delivery and next steps.
  • Identify missing information, production concerns and potential bottlenecks before projects move forward.
  • Assist with samples, substitutions, special packaging, delivery coordination and quality checks when appropriate.
  • Identify reorders, seasonal needs and complementary product opportunities that support account growth.
REPRESENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT
  • Learn TH Brands’ products, services, pricing, margins, decoration methods and production capabilities.
  • Observe and participate in discovery meetings, presentations and customer follow-up.
  • Gradually lead smaller projects, assigned leads and routine customer conversations under supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships, recommend solutions, protect margins, follow through and ask for the business.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.
  • Ability to research and compare products, work with pricing and budgets, and make creative recommendations.
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, presentations and web-based project-management systems.
  • Initiative, accountability, sound judgment and willingness to accept coaching and increasing responsibility.
  • Interest and aptitude in developing into a customer-facing sales role.

Experience in project or account coordination, customer service, marketing, advertising, print, promotional products, apparel or a related deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with quotes, proofs, vendor orders, creative workflows, vector artwork or common file formats such as AI, EPS, PDF and SVG is beneficial.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

Performance will be evaluated on accuracy, turnaround time, organization, customer and internal communication, deadline management, project ownership, product and decoration knowledge, reduction of sales-team bottlenecks, support of account growth and progress toward independently managing customer opportunities.

AUTHORITY AND DECISION-MAKING

Authority will increase as knowledge and performance develop. Until authorized, this position may not approve special pricing or margin exceptions, commit to unconfirmed delivery dates, make significant substitutions, resolve major quality or credit issues, or assume ownership of accounts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position operates primarily in a professional office and production-shop environment and routinely uses computers, phones and other standard office equipment. The employee will interact with production departments and may attend customer meetings, vendor meetings and occasional off‑site events.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is largely a sedentary role; however, standing, walking through the facility and handling product samples are required. The employee must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.

POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time position. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday 8 - 4:30 pm and may vary based on customer needs and workload. Reliable transportation may be required for meetings and deliveries.
