Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Towmaster to support the sales team and provide high levels of customer service throughout the sales cycle. This role serves as a key contact for customers, dealers, vendors, and internal partners, handling inquiries through order completion.

You will assist with marketing distribution, presentations, order accuracy review, and SAP entry while coordinating stock and VIN processes. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 2 years admin experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to read/write basic English and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Leadership and Sales Teams in the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Assists Leadership and Sales Teams in the creation of presentations as needed.
  • Review all new trailer orders for accuracy.
  • Complete weekly order entry into SAP.
  • Manage Stock List information and coordinate updates with Process Planning/Production.
  • Handle MSO process from beginning to end, including duplicates.
  • Handle sales-focused VIN processes, coordinating with Parts team as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and auditing customer information in SAP.
  • Manage and record service orders and change orders.
  • Develop and distribute Sales Order Acknowledgements.
  • Prepare and issue ST3/tax documentation for customers.
  • Process credit memo requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales by providing information, responding to customer questions, and quoting as needed.
  • Facilitate communication from sales with cross-divisional partners, providing updates on issues and completions.
  • Assist coworkers with sales-related SAP information, documentation, materials, and forms.

Position
