AVE is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our luxury apartment rental and flexible-stay community in King of Prussia, PA! The Sales Coordinator will provide high-touch, exceptional service to our residents and prospects and assist with the sales efforts for the community. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys building relationships with residents.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and address residents' needs and urgently follow up on any questions or concerns as needed
  • Assist with the sales efforts of the community, including touring prospects and clients, preparing the sales path, and creating and auditing lease paperwork
  • Assist the business development and leasing teams with client research
  • Serve as a point of contact for VIP corporate clients and assist them with their needs throughout their stay
  • Keep all reservations up-to-date with detailed notes and walk suites prior to guest arrival to ensure all AVE brand standards are met
  • Communicate with residents and guests directly by responding to requests via emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions
  • Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping team members regarding move-ins, move-outs, make-readies, and work orders
  • Create key cards, log packages, conduct check-in and check-out procedures, service the coffee station, and keep the front desk tidy and organized
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships and actively contribute to the team achieving AVE's business goals
  • Assist residents and clients with directions and recommendations for points of interest in your area
  • Collaborate with the leasing team on resident events

Requirements

  • Must have face-to-face customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a hotel sales or event coordinator role preferred
  • Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve as well as proactively alleviate potential resident concerns
  • Willingness to master and use industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Tuesday through Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm .

Compensation

  • $19-$21/hour

Individual compensation decisions will vary as the hourly base compensation range provided is approximate and determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. AVE also offers additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis (dependent upon the position), which is not included in the base compensation range listed above.
