Here’s what you’d do:

The Sales Coordinator supports new business development efforts in an assigned region and provides administrative, sales reporting, and other duties to meet our growth objectives.

You’d be responsible for:

  • Acting as liaison between the Sales Team and Administrative Team regarding contracts; gathering data to book contracts and following sold jobs through the contracting process for prompt processing.
  • Collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Communications, and the National Sales Team.
  • Ensuring timely submission of paperwork and achieving 100% compliance on activities.
  • Serving as a regional power-user, trainer, and administrator of Dynamics CRM, monitoring usage, data integrity, and providing training as needed.
  • Generating and customizing reports to track sales opportunities.
  • Analyzing RFP/RFQ/RFI documents, assisting with responses, and developing proposals for strategic opportunities.
  • Maintaining consistency and accuracy of all sales materials.
  • Communicating sales team news and assisting with correspondence to clients and prospects.
  • Tracking competitor information and market data.
  • Supporting external and internal communication with clients, prospects, and staff.
  • Providing support for sales processes, tools, and information.
  • Managing customer portals and work orders.
  • Training branch teams and coordinating attendance at events.
  • Supporting marketing activities and maintaining sales support materials.
  • Researching new business opportunities and participating in outbound calls and trade shows.
You might be a good fit if you have:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting a dispersed sales team.
  • A minimum of a 2-year college degree in business, communications, or marketing; a 4-year degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to work across levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software, graphics suites, and CRM platforms like Dynamics.
Work Environment:
