Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive revenue through effective merchandising, inventory control, and customer service. You will implement programs, plan displays, and ensure signage and pricing are accurate across the store.

The role requires 1–2 years of assistant merchandiser experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication. You’ll balance receipts, assist customers, and may lift up to 50 lbs. Full-time associates receive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Assistant Merchandiser preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues professionally.
• Flexibility to accept additional tasks from management.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily receipts and record cash, checks and credit card payments.
• Cross train to perform other duties.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $30,000 - $60,000 or more.
