Job summary

Camping World in Riverside is seeking a Sales Coordinator to help grow our team. You’ll drive sales by executing marketing and merchandising programs, assist with inventory, and ensure product presentations are current and compelling.

This role emphasizes customer service, effective communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You’ll balance receipts and support store operations while lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate professionally.
• Strong computer skills.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through proper and timely implementation of marketing and merchandising programs.
• Assists in ordering inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conducts cycle counts, stock adjustments and assists with inventory management.
• Plans and implements product presentations to include signage and pricing.
• Promptly displays new products and disposes of discontinued products in accordance with markdown program.
• Provides excellent customer service.
• Maintain company assigned plan-o-grams accurately.
• Answers phones and assists customers.
• Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers.
• May balance daily receipts and record cash, checks and credit card payments.

At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay.
