YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC in Provo, Utah is hiring a Sales Advisor for in-home lead follow-up. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour for a full-time, year-round in-office role, with Saturday and Sunday schedules. Training is provided and no HVAC experience is required.

This position focuses on following up hot, warm, and cold leads, scheduling appointments, coordinating with field sales reps, and driving revenue through outbound calls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound).
• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Ability to work in-office daily (not remote).
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team. You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication. This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

Qualifications

What You Need:
