We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant with Technical Expertise to drive business development and expand our client base within the IT outsourcing sector. This role requires a deep understanding of outsourcing services, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively engage with executive and mid-level management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and fostering long-term client relationships, while demonstrating a solid grasp of IT industry trends and technology-driven business solutions. This is a remote, contract position with occasional travel for client meetings, team gatherings, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of company's outsourcing capabilities and apply them to address client challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on IT outsourcing and technology consulting services.
  • Lead sales initiatives, manage the sales pipeline, and execute client engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, from mid-management to C-level executives.
  • Understand customer needs and business challenges to develop tailored outsourcing and IT service solutions.
  • Create compelling commercial proposals that highlight the value and efficiency of company' outsourcing services.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, positioning as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service execution.
  • Provide consultative sales support, guiding clients through outsourcing transitions and technology adoption strategies.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness among decision-makers.
  • Exhibit responsiveness, accountability, and a results-driven mindset in client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, managed services, and IT consulting.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology solutions into business value propositions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500-level clients is a plus.
  • Portuguese is a nice-to-have or a plus.
