We’re growing our Sales Team in Canton, Ohio, and looking for a Sales Consultant to join one of our top-performing showrooms in the area.

This is an established team with a great culture, strong leadership, and little turnover — the kind of place where people enjoy coming to work and have the opportunity to build a real career.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for
