Ashley | The Wellsville Group in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is seeking a Sales Consultant to turn conversations into sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll join a team launching Ashley Luxe, learning the collection, and becoming a product expert for our customers.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing learning, and achieving individual and team sales goals with generous earning potential through uncapped commissions and performance incentives.

We’re adding to our team in Mayfield and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers and uncover what they’re looking for
