Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to Every Guest, Every Time. In this role you will guide guests through product benefits, demonstrate solutions, and create personal connections to simplify technology in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer service, with willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
