Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will connect our guests to what matters most by sharing product knowledge and guiding them through the sales process.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, working with store leaders, providing solutions through exceptional service, and creating personal connections to make tech easy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
