Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to technology. You will execute our sales process, share product knowledge, and create the ultimate in-store experience.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement, with the chance to work evenings, weekends, and holiday peaks while helping guests find the right solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
