Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch system. You will engage shoppers, explain product benefits, and close sales in a fast-paced store environment.

We offer strong compensation including hourly pay with overtime, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work a 4–5 day week, including evenings and weekends, with growth opportunities and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and helping customers select products.
• Fluent English; bilingual Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mattress purchases and answer questions.
• Demonstrate bedMatch system and other store tech to tailor recommendations.
• Maintain showroom and support loading purchases for customers.
