Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You’ll guide shoppers, answer questions, and close sales in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays; you’ll lift up to 75 pounds, work with tablets and POS, and enjoy paid training, generous PTO, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using bedMATCH system.
• Sell premium mattresses and bedding products.
• Maintain showroom and assist customers with loading purchases.
