Johnson Brothers is seeking a Sales Consultant in Training to support, service, and maintain accounts in the Fort Worth and Denton area. The role includes stocking shelves, building displays, and following up after deliveries to service shelves in liquor department storage areas.

The position requires a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and reliable transportation, capable of lifting up to 50-pound cases. Local candidates preferred.

Formación

• Experience in liquor industry is a plus (bartender, wait staff, liquor store, etc).

Responsabilidades

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts.
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences, inventory, shelf space, and concerns during business hours.

Job Description:

This Sales Consultant in Training position supports, services, and maintains accounts. This position is responsible for stocking shelves, coolers and building displays. In addition, this position will follow up after the deliveries are made by our drivers and service shelves from the liquor department storage areas. Candidates may also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts.

Territory: Fort Worth & Denton, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer\'s preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours.
• Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude.
• Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.
• Goal and results oriented.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated.
• Professional written and oral communication skills a must.
• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
• Must pass criminal background and MVR
