The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experiencedcommissioned sales consultantto help accelerate our growth in the North American market. This fully remote role is ideal for a SaaS sales professional with a proven track record, a strong HRTech or recruiting tech network, and a self-starter attitude. You’ll work closely with the founders, join daily sales standups, and play a key role in building and closing pipeline opportunities. If you're motivated by autonomy, upside, and helping recruiting teams adopt best-in-class technology, we want to talk.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new business opportunities within staffing firms, RPOs, and in-house talent teams.
  • Leverage your book of business and professional network to drive top-of-funnel activity.
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales conversations with recruiters and talent leaders.
  • Collaborate with the team on outreach strategy, pitch refinement, and sales process optimization.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help shape messaging, product development, and positioning.
  • Participate in daily sales standups and work alongside the co-founders to hit shared goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience (quota-carrying), preferably in HRTech or recruiting software.
  • Proven ability to close deals in a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of the talent acquisition, staffing, or HR technology landscape.
  • A personal network of recruiting, HR, or talent leaders is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Based in North America or able to work North America business hours.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based with aggressive upside and incentive structure.
  • Potential for long-term relationship, renewals, or additional territory responsibilities based on performance.
