Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the evolution within our product suite. You'll be part of the group responsible for building exciting conversational AI products that will transform recruiting as an industry and as a function. This is probably the most significant challenge facing recruiters today and a key focus area for SmartRecruiters in their journey to create a delightful hiring experience.

This is a high-impact role that demands strong product management skills, people skills, as well as domain knowledge in Artificial Intelligence — most specifically understanding nuances of generative AI. If you have experience building empathetic conversational experiences and believe that natural conversations should be enough for AI agents to execute repeated work, then we want to talk. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves for an exceptional opportunity to build innovative products with significant market traction, come work with us.

As a B2B company, ownership includes thinking proactively about enablement, engaging passionately with customers, and helping to visualize the shifting horizons of recruiting by working in sync with product marketing. Your passion and solid understanding of user-first feature development, along with experience with SaaS products, will be key to success.

What you will do:
  • Build empathetic conversational AI products using the power of LLMs
  • Visualize high-level user flows to identify dependencies across teams responsible for different domains that the conversational layer interacts with
  • Define messaging and positioning of AI products in collaboration with Product Marketing and work closely with commercial teams to bring features to market
  • Break high-level flows into granular specifications for execution and manage the transition between these levels
  • Conduct user research with design partners and make informed decisions on the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with other AI agents in the industry to achieve a holistic multi-agent experience
  • Hold yourself and the team accountable for customer outcomes, aligning around measurable metrics
  • Engage actively with customers and make strategic product decisions aligned with the broader vision
  • Be the voice of your product area; inspire team members and stakeholders about the impact and opportunities ahead
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product management, especially with SaaS or B2B products
  • Experience in building conversational AI experiences is essential
  • Specific experience building AI agents that execute on behalf of users and HRTech experience is a bonus
  • Maturity in managing stakeholders — leadership, external partners, GTM conversations
  • Strong understanding of UX and discovery processes
  • Good grasp of user behavior and conversion metrics
  • Ability to collaborate across teams on complex projects
  • Desire to be an excellent colleague and teammate
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Empathy and active listening
  • Fluent in English
