Job summary

Dana-Co is seeking a Sales Consultant/Bra Fit Expert to work full-time with our department store partners, assisting associates with bra fit training and brand promotion. You will drive on-floor presence through retail merchandising, training, and space negotiation.

Responsibilities include educating consumers and staff on product launches, building brand business at each account, and leading events. Travel to accounts is required; a personal vehicle is necessary.

Qualifications

• Lingerie fitting experience (2 years) required.
• 5+ years in retail or wholesale for a retailer or apparel brand.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers and sales associates on current assortment, launches, promotions and events.
• Build Natori/Skarlett Blue business at each account and allocate prime floor space.
• Develop relationships with sales staff, managers, stylists, visual, and account executives.
• Lead special events: fit events for consumers, contests for sales staff.
• Merchandise the floor and organize stockrooms to drive sales growth.
• Identify growth opportunities to gain space and market share.
• Communicate store visits and updates to managers and account executives.
• Must have car.

Sales Consultant/Bra Fit Expert

This full-time role requires a sales-driven candidate who can support associates with Bra Fit Training and selling of our brands and can passionately communicate how essential and effective our lingerie is for women.

This person works with the company’s department store accounts to support the brands’ on-floor presence through retail merchandising execution. Responsibilities include visual merchandising, training, space negotiation, relationship building, communication, and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Lingerie fitting experience: 2 years (required)
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking.
• 5 or more years experience working in a retail or wholesale capacity for a retailer or apparel brand.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to deliver brand messages to individuals and groups in person and virtually.
• Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
• Demonstrated strength in customer service, and merchandising.
  

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Manager and Account Executives regarding store visits and account updates.
