Job summary

CAL Cars in Airway Heights is seeking sales consultants of all experience levels to join a dealer with one of the largest inventories and aggressive marketing in the inland northwest. If you are new to selling cars, we provide the skills and platform to jumpstart your career in business and automotive industries.

If you have prior car sales experience, you will join a company with strong incentive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test following national standards.
• Must provide driver's abstract and have a sufficient driving record to be insured by CAL's current insurance provider.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• All sales employees, when hired, are required to complete a minimum of 2 days of sales training before starting on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Develop and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all our products
• Follow the CAL sales system daily and properly log and follow up with all prospects and assigned leads
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

All of the vehicles on the road today is a commission earned by a hard-working sales person.

With our experience and training, any of our sales consultants have the ability to earn over $100,000 each year as we have a competitive sales pay plan with bonus structures in place.
