Job summary

Scholfield Honda East in Wichita is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to turn their passion for cars into a rewarding career. You’ll educate customers on Honda models and perform in-person walk-arounds.

Collaborate with finance managers to present financing options and protection plans, participate in digital demonstrations, and contribute to a fun, high-energy team environment. A comprehensive benefits package and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Master Honda’s vehicle lineup to assist customers in decision making.
• Utilize digital sales tools to engage with leads and drive traffic.
• Set up and maintain sales lot and showroom displays.
• Work with the Sales Manager to present deals on new and pre-owned vehicles.
